But sometimes there is a blockage. There is just something that is blocking the pipe. There is something that is clogging things up. And so all I need to do is a little unblockage. All I need to do is a little unclogging. And that is the power of tefillah. The power of tefillah is that somehow some way it has the ability, not does tefillah move worlds? Sure. But truth is rabosai, nine out of ten times I don't need to move worlds. What do I just need to do? I just need to unclog the pipes. I just need a little Roto-Rooter, a little Drano, a little something just to get that personalistic hairball out of the pipes in order to allow the bracha to flow. And it doesn't need anything crazy dramatic. It just needs something.
